North Scottsdale Property Management is the Scottsdale practice of Barré Properties, a division of Barré & Company Realty LLC, and it is run from our own office on Camelback Road. We are a third-generation, family-run brokerage: the family built a property management business in Los Angeles before relocating to Arizona in 2020, and Scottsdale is where we chose to base the company.
What we bring to North Scottsdale is a published, all-inclusive fee, no markup on routine maintenance, and a broker who signs every file. In a part of town where the homes are valuable and many owners live elsewhere for part of the year, being able to reach a person who knows your specific property is not a small thing.

We are members of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, covering the greater Phoenix side of the business including the Northeast Valley, and of the Greater Verde Valley Chamber, where our family has roots and a second concentration of managed property.
